Most units have one assigned parking spot.
Please park in the correct spot. Additional vehicles must park
in the open parking areas.
This is private property; its use is for the
owners and their guests. Rental guests may use the facilities
but their visitors may not.
Please observe posted pool and fitness room
rules.
NO PETS are permitted in rental
units.
Bicycles, floats and other personal items are
not permitted to be left in the walkways, which must remain unobstructed
to meet Florida State Fire Codes.
Skateboarding and rollerblading are not permitted
on the property.
Grilling is not permitted on the balconies.
There are community grills near the pool.
The units are individually owned. Please
do not remove items from the units. Do not hang towels or clothing
over the balcony. DO NOT THROWobjects from the
balconies.Do not feed seagulls on the property.
There is no charge for local telephone calls.
The telephones are blocked from direct dialing long distance,
which includes Panama City Beach.
Guests are only required to properly dispose
of trash and run the soiled dishes through the dishwasher. Please
adjust the thermostat and secure the unit. There will be
an additional cleaning charge for trash not removed or dirty dishes
left in the unit.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. There
is a key drop box outside our office door if you leave prior to
9:00 AM.
